Jameece “Darcell Jai” Pinckney is deeply involved in numerous enterprises that spark her passion for personal and business success and employ her deep desire to help others. She is the president and CEO of HyQuest Consulting Solutions, LLC, a government contracting and service company she established in 2015 after serving as a senior-level executive in the government contracting industry for more than 16 years. She brings expertise gained in multiple leadership roles in contract management, finance and accounting, project control, procurement, risk management, business ethics, and compliance to her role. She formulates and leads the execution of the company’s strategy for delivering leading solutions to address her customers’ critical challenges.

Through HyQuest, Jameece also aids budding entrepreneurs with her Business BOSS philosophy. She assists clients with business planning and implementation, brand development, and advice on building financial stability as a consultant, business manager, and course director on these topics.

Jameece holds a master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business; a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law; and a master’s degree in administration and supervision and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, both from Tennessee State University. In 2019, Jameece was accepted into and graduated from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) Emerging Leaders Program. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
